Today, i celebrate my 1 year in TJ as TTJ_JackSaint. Jack Saint is as near as it can get to my real name. I'm from the Philippines, although it took a lot of 'nosebleeds' from the first people i played with (Tambay and his cronies), before they found out I'm not an alien, as I preferred speaking in English as part of netiquettes i've learned since the early days of internets and chats.

I find it amazing that a poker site such as TJ can get you a lot of friends online. From the time i started till now, people have started calling me terms of endearment like papa jack, sir jack, jacky, papi, etc. Even though it shows my age, I still like it as it shows they at least like me enough to call me in a more personal manner. I also enjoyed meeting some of the players personally and i have to say it has always been fun and the people, awesome. Well just to give you an idea, this papa is happily married and has one grandkid w/ another one coming this November, a son and 3 daughters. I started w/ computers when a 16MB hard disk was as big as a laundry machine. I used to be a techie until some wise guy found out i was too overpaid as one and moved me to management.

I've been a helper for sometime now, and I don't know which one I enjoy better, being able to help people, or playing poker. I enjoy meeting newbies, and enjoy seeing them graduate from newbies to millionaires. It's also nice to see players graduste from mutes and suspensiosn to ladies and gentlemen behaving properly and helping keep the rooms clean from rowdy players. I still wish i can help TJ and the players more.

I wish TJ and all its players all the best. May our tribe increase (c'mon, get all our friends and families into TJ) and may TJ remain the best online free poker site in the internet.

congratulations jack... or should i say grandpa you're one of the players here at TJ whom i deeply respect, and i do hope that, whether you have that helper badge with you or not, you will never tire of helping to keep this site family-friendly. and even though TJ has "all languages allowed" option in making a room, but i wish that the young ones will also learn, as you do, to value proper etiquette of speaking english with those who could not understand different filipino languages.

Can't remember when I start calling you that since you don't like me calling you uncle It's very nice knowing you here and in person. I never had an idea about your age and stuff because it's my netiquette also not to ask personal questions until your beloved Tambay revealed your pic in his profile. I remember meeting you in Ant's room with the whole gang and a lot of players waiting in line for seats. I thought that you are oldies on TJ too and i felt embarrassed knowing that you're not and I am.( I don't know why I felt that way)But anyways, personally I'm so pleased for your help while I was in Philippines and the rest too.

I would like to congratulate you of getting the copper colored wheel as a symbol of your 1st year here. I wish you good luck and many more years to spend here?

Jack it is a real pleasure knowing you, I enjoy our 'little chats' - I can't hide from you, you see me enter TJ before anyone else! and that makes me feel good knowing there is a friend/helper/player (jack) in our TJ world looking out for us all.
