Well mate, we have recorded!

Though, right now, we have a lot of issues.. The tracks wont be going up for a while. Seems we may about me starting from scratch with a few new members..

Not going into much detail. its been quite emotional.

Well.. After a few band members leaving and with the additon of more, my band finished recording a few hours ago after a long weekend in the studio, and we have uploaded two tracks onto our myspace as a demo of what we're like.

Well, it feels like the appropriate time to update this now, seeing as I am officially of age!

So the name is still Grantus- crazy right!?
I live in Melbourne, Victoria, in the beautiful Australia.

I am now 18 years of age, and have just finished school. Only those pesky exams left, then I'm free!

Loving life, with an amazing circle of friends and of course my band.
My plans for the next 8-10 months is to work and save up so I can head over to the UK for the annual UK Triplejack party! I will be so over the moon if I can make it!!

My friends mean the world to me, and that being my best mates whom I've just graduated with, all the way through to you amazing Triplejackians! Every friend of mine is very much valued.

My band, Summer of Betrayal, has been playing a lot of shows lately, and we're really making a name for ourselves throughout the state. We are recording our EP in November so keep an ear out for it! http://www.myspace.com/summerofbetrayal We may be a little heavy for some of you guys, but hey, we're passionate about what we do.

I also play tennis at a decent standard, and am now the highest ranked player in my town, so I am quite proud about that!

Obviously music is a huge part of my life- I play lead guitar and do backing vocals in my band.
I wish to take up a career in music, whether it be in a recording studio, event management, owning a music store etc, I don't really have an preference. I just want music to be the base of my life.
