honestly it doesn't bother me if people "cheat" or share in IP address simply because it raises thier confidence if u play smart and agressive poker it really doesn't matter much. The slight disadvantage can fall to your favor if you recognize that u can strike two with one stone.

best advice i can give is to make sure you dont play tourneys together or on tables with just the ppl who share the same ip address - make sure you play a table with lots of ppl - to reduce suspicians of cheating. You will never completely quiet ppl just don't put yourself in a worse position

i think the problem is the fact that people automatically assume sharing an ip == cheating....

what about me millski and superbob? just cause we play from work and have the same ip doesnt mean we would cheat (in fact i take great pleasure in taking their money as anyone could testify who has seen me do that ;) )

*if* i really wanted to cheat it would not be hard to set up two accounts with different ip's and play at the same time.

the message is there as a warning to higlight the potential not the fact that someone is cheating.

people should recognise this.

you should be able to play even when you have the same ip with out being called a cheater, so we caan play at school for example

ye its a bitch, at skool quite a few of us play and one of us gets voted 4 times (= ban from table) so we all get kicked and banned

is tournament games, where once the play button is pressed you can find yourself playing against 4 - 5 people from the same IP address. But there are no warnings sent at all until you are already playing

I have been on with friends we are all from the same frat house and use the same ip because it is roadrunner we all have the same ip because it is wire less we have been told that we were cheating.Now allmost all of them have left the site.
