Hi all

Finally have my own catering business. Would have loved a cafe, but due to money constraints I bought myself a catering trailer instead :) I love cooking, especially BBQ's - my marinades are homemade and I'm not aloud to attend friends parties anymore unless I promise to make my sweet potato pie :D

Have been with my partner James for 21 years (he's now on his third life sentence!) we have a daughter and he has a son. We have 2 grandchildren and a wonderful dog - Lady, she is a staffie (staffordshire bull terrier).

I hosted the 1ST UK TJ PARTY at my home in a villlage called Pagham, West Sussex UK. It was great to finally meet some of the friends that I have made on TJ - Thanks Zen! and I'm looking forward to the next one in December in Wales :D and thanks Chewi - my sister, for introducing me to TJ 8)

BBQs an amazing cook! I sugegst you all camp outside her house and bug her for breakfast one day, itl be worth it!

One thing i can say is;i had the time of my life at barbies,met lots of new friends and listened to more raggae than i've ever done before.Barbie's a great hostess and a lovely person,shame i didn't get at least one picture that didn't have her scowling in it. :wink:
Looking forward to 13th October for our next visit. :D

Now this barbie I met on my trip to Wales..she is putting herself down..she had a make over and the hairdo took 10 yrs off her...she looks totally different than the pics from the first tourney..She now one hot chick that cooks a mean sweet potato pie..oh yummies I want seconds!!!
A really sweet person and her and chews as sisters...compliment each other well.

so what's the color of your staffie?
