Question
I have registered to Triplejack, but why didn't I get a confirmation/verification e-mail?
Answer
The most common reason for this is that you may have entered your e-mail wrong. We get several e-mails a day about not getting the confirmation/verification e-mail and when we do we manually verify the account and then send an e-mail to the registrar. However, well over half of the e-mails we send bounce back as undeliverable. We understand your eagerness to join the fun, but please take an extra moment to be sure you enter your e-mail correctly when registering so that we can get the confirmation/verification e-mail to you.
If you've entered your e-mail correctly your ISP may filter the e-mail out as spam. Please check your spam filter in case the confirmation/verification e-mail has been filtered by your spam filter. If you are sure you've entered your e-mail correctly and you can't find the confirmation/verification e-mail in your spam filter, please e-mail us via the contact-us link at the bottom of triplejack.com.
Question
Why can't I log into Triplejack.com?
Answer
First, please be sure you are going to www.triplejack.com and not triplejack.com without the “www” in front.
Next please be sure that you have the latest version of Flash installed: http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer If not, install it and try again.
If you are using AOL, please make sure you use either Internet Explorer or Firefox, not the AOL browser.
It is also possible that your connection is either behind a firewall or some other security software is preventing the connection. If you have a firewall active or virus protection software, please disable each, one at a time and try to connect so you can determine which is preventing your connection. These programs tend to have auto-update features and it is possible that even if you were able to connect in the past, a recent update may be preventing you from connecting.

Why was my account banned?
Answer
Triplejack is a “family-friendly” site. We have a bad word filter in place for a reason. Admins will ban players for repeated abuse of language, abusing the warning system, spamming the chat, abusing other players, and cheating. See the “Information and Rules” section. Note: if you have two accounts and you are playing both accounts at the same table (and we do have means for checking this) then that is considered cheating.
It is common for people who have been banned to claim they did nothing wrong. Because of this the admins maintain notes on the players that have been banned so that other admins and the site owners can review complaints. Obviously when in doubt we will tend to give the benefit of the doubt to our admins. If you think it is fun to be rude and abusive to other players, please expect to have your account banned. Not all account banning is permanent. Some accounts may be banned for a temporary period such as 24 hours. This is done at the discretion of the admin.

Can I transfer all or part of my Power Player membership to another member or account?
Answer Due to a variety of credit card fraud schemes, Triplejack no longer allows transfer of all or part of a Power Player membership to another account. However, if you win a Power Player membership there is an option in the “My Account” section (where you collect your prizes) to give your transferable prize to another member.

How do I get help if a player is abusive or rude in a room
Answer
Copy the chat within the room. You can type /copy in the chat box, then paste into notepad or word document. Find a helper or admin then paste the text for them to see. They will then be able to deal with that situation
